May 2026 Pay Day Wish List

 

Pay day is finally here and I am really glad as it is safe to say there is plenty this month that I am wanting to purchase. I am going to try to be good though and stick to a budget this month so once that is gone any other purchases from here that I didn't get around to buying but are still on my wish list will roll over to the next month. Unfortunately it is time to start getting better with money from now on so some items may need sacrificing. So here is what I am hoping to buy with this months wage...

007 First Light

I think this is going to be the most important item on this wish list as I feel I have waited far too long for this game to be released. This is probably one of my most anticipated games for a long time now so a day one pick up is certainly needed and who knows maybe it helps me get back into that sort of game rather than playing easier games over and over again.

Lego Batman : Legacy of the Dark Knight

I haven't bought a new release for a while and now we are looking at picking up 2 in 1 month. I love Lego games and this is something me and Liam can play together so hopefully this is also a day one pick up, especially with it coming out in time for the bank holiday weekend. From what I have seen this game looks right up my street. 

Ikea Pegboard

I am making some alterations to the games room and one of those is me getting a new pegboard for above my desk set up. I am hoping this month I can get this and the accessories to go with it and have it hung ready for me to have my cameras etc on display and help create a nice productive space at last. 

Switch 2 Case

With a holiday on the cards for June I need to get my act together and get a case for the Switch 2 so that I can take it away with me without worrying about it scratching whilst being transported. I don't mind what case I get so hopefully I can get this ticked off the list nice and early.

A Poster For The Games Room

I really want a nice poster just to add something to the boring wall at the side of my desk. I am thinking something gaming related with it being in the games room however, I haven't found anything that has jumped out at me just yet so I won't be rushing into this purchase.

Pokemon Cards

I am slowly getting back into collecting Pokemon cards and have begun setting up binders and that is why each month I am going to be setting a card buying budget in the hopes of not spending a small fortune but collecting the cards I really want. I can't wait to see what I end up with this month.

Money Into The Gaming PC Fund

I am hoping to put a decent amount of money into my gaming PC fund this month and actually leave the money in there rather than taking it out and wasting it. I am really hoping to be close to buying the PC by the end of the year so I need to knuckle down now and get saved up.

Money Into The Camera Fund

I am still looking at getting a new camera for content this year so I am hoping to add some money into this savings pot this month in the hopes of getting close to the purchase before my birthday in September. I am a bit overwhelmed with options so at least whilst I am saving I can be researching.

So there you have it that is what I am hoping to pick up with my wage this month, let's see what I actually end up with shall we...
