The PSP games I want to pick up...

Whilst we were moving things around in the games room recently we managed to find Liam's old PSP and a charger surprisingly. We honestly thought this was long gone and were actually saving to purchase a new one so finding it has meant we can put a bit extra into the Switch 2 savings and start looking at picking up a few PSP games to relive our childhood. For me the PSP holds plenty of memories of long car journeys to holiday destinations getting lost in different worlds and endless nights relaxing after football training. So here are the games I am on the look out for...

Daxter

Now I know I just said I was going for games to relive my childhood however, Daxter is a game I never got around to picking up. This was always a game I looked at in store but for some reason I just never made that purchase but now we have the PSP back I think it is time to pick this game up and see what it is all about.

Cars

This game was absolutely perfect for relaxing with and even though it seems super childish now I am determined to pick it up and replay it to see if those memories hold up. This game might be fun for my nephew's introduction to the PSP too as it isn't too demanding plus who doesn't love Lightning McQueen?

Tony Hawks Underground 2 Remix

This game got me through so many long car journeys especially when I was in my skateboarding phase and everything was Tony Hawk related. This game was great for just skating around and messing around even if I didn't fancy doing the tasks at hand in the game. I have been eyeing up the latest Tony Hawk for the PS5 but honestly I think I would rather purchase this game first to relive them childhood memories. 

The Simpsons Game

Possibly the most expensive game on the list is The Simpson's game. Now this is another one I never got the chance to play the first time around but always wanted to. It is hard not to love the Simpsons and I loved the classics on the PS2 but for some reason this game was never purchased in any format. This is going to change though and I think going forward it might be a case of picking it up for the PSP so that I can play from anywhere when life gets busy again.

Super Monkey Ball Adventure

I got absolutely hooked on this game at one stage and didn't plan anything else for a while as this was so fun. I wasn't really a fan of platform games however, this one ticked all the boxes for me and I just kept on reaching for it. I have great memories from this game so I think it is going to be one of the first PSP games I pick up to relive those memories.

FIFA Street 2

It is no secret how much I love football and well FIFA street is one of the best football games of all time in my opinion. I remember going to football training or playing football on the street, coming inside and loading FIFA street straight up. This game is a classic for me and I definitely need to purchase this to relive all those memories and just get lost in the game once more. I honestly think though when I get this a lot of other games are going to get neglected. 

Hannah Montana : Rock out the show

Believe it or not the PSP I had originally was actually the Hannah Montana bundle and let's just say I didn't think I would enjoy the game but it became one of my favourites so I would love to pick it up. The ultimate relaxing game where I could just get lost in the world of one of my favourite shows and I can safely say at the time Hannah Montana was certainly my favourite show. I am 100% picking this game up once more and it could even lead to me purchasing other Hannah Montana games to play through. 

So there you have it those are the PSP games I am going to be on the look out for first, no doubt more games will end up being added as I shop around as there were certainly some very good games available which I would love to play once more, these are just the once I am hoping to get first.
