Games I Still Need To Pick Up

2018 was a pretty good year in terms of games but unfortunately because I was moving and didn't have much money spare I didn't actually pick up many of the new releases that I really wanted. I suppose this benefited me a bit as I didn't need to add to the already huge backlog but I do feel like I need to get caught up. Now I am doing my backlog challenge I am hoping to get plenty of games completed and I think when I get to 5 done, I will treat myself to one of these games on the list. Or in the case of the Switch it will be once one game is complete I will pick up a new one so that I aren't creating a backlog for this console too. So here are those games I still want to pick up.

Red Dead Redemption is a game Liam had me pick up for the 360, I started it and enjoyed what little I played but then I got my PS4 and stopped playing the 360 so it is one I want to complete in the backlog. I have seen really good things about Red Dead Redemption 2 so fingers crossed once some games are completed I can get this ad enjoy it.

Spider-man is the main game on this list I want to get in fact it will be the first I buy when those 5 games are completed. I loved the Spider-man game on the PS2 and after seeing friends playing this I have just wanted it more and more. There has been too many times where I have almost bought this but I need to stick to my new rule before I do. Spider-man is actually one of my favourite superheroes so it was really a no brainer that I was going to end up picking this up.

Kingdom Hearts is another game where the series is currently sitting in my backlog, I need to go back through and complete these games before Picking up 3. I haven't played much of the first one but what I have I am enjoying I think one of my favourite parts is the fact the game incorporates Disney and I absolutely love anything Disney. I can't see this being an immediate pick up but it will definitely be one picked up this year I need that Disney fix.

I don't remember the last time I actually got a Mario game that I just sat and played through. However, now I have the Switch I actually want to get back into playing Mario games and give them a real chance for a change. I need to start taking the Switch to work with me for lunch times and I can see this been a fun game just to sit and play for the 45 minutes, I am sure it will keep me entertained. I just need to finish Pokémon Let's go Pikachu first.

This is one I think I will be picking up even before Pokémon is completed as this is a game me and Liam can play together. It is pretty rare we will actually sit and game together so this would be a nice addition, plus I love the Smash games. I just know I am going to lose a lot.

So there you have it those are the games I still need to pick up, fingers crossed I can stick to my new rule and power through games to play the new ones I want.
