Films I Want To See In 2019

In 2018 I think I went to the cinema and grand total of twice, I ended up missing out on so many new releases and I am still currently waiting to watch most of these. So I wanted to make sure 2019 was the year I actually went to the cinema whether that is with Liam or another family member, because 2019 looks like a very good year for new releases. Here are some of the ones I am really hoping to see in the cinema...

I only originally watched the first Lego Movie because Tegan and Sara sung on everything is awesome, but in the end I really enjoyed the finally and have probably watched it far more than I should have done. So I am actually really looking forward to seeing how The Second Part lives up to it.

Aladdin is one of those films I could watch over and over again and at first I was a little sceptical of how they would live up to it with the live action version. So the main reason I want to go see this is so if it does live up or not. All I know is there is no genie better than Robin Williams, but I am hoping Will Smith can get somewhere close.

I love wrestling and especially the WWE. One of my favourite females is Paige and I was genuinely devastated when she had to retire early. Then I saw Fighting with my family advertised and I knew straight away that I would be dragging Liam along to this with me (he loves Paige too). It will be great to see how she came through the ranks and made a name for herself, and her families response.

I made Liam laugh when I mentioned going to see this and in fact he told me to take our nephew, who will only be 9 months at the time it is released, so no chance there. Frozen was one of those films I got on DVD straight away and admittedly I got far too into it and watched it far too many times. The film had far too many catchy songs so I hope 2 lives up to this and I am looking forward to seeing how the story goes.

Something quite a bit different to Frozen 2 is John Wick 3, Liam actually got me watching the 1st and I was a little on the fence, but then 2 came out and I loved it, especially with Ruby Rose in it. Keanu Reeves isn't too bad either so I am on countdown to the 3rd to see how the storyline progresses.

I have always been a huge Pokémon fan with my favourite character always being Pikachu. I remember whilst growing up having a Pikachu dressing up outfit that I would always wear then growing up and progressing onto a Pikachu skateboard. So as soon as I found out about this film it was put straight onto the list. I am interested to see how this film plays out plus Pikachu looks really cute.

The Lion King is another film that will never get old and one that I will watch forever, so I was really interested when I saw there was going to be a live action version of this too. Disney really are bringing classic films to life and this one is going to be interesting. I think a lot of my family will end up heading to see this and I know for sure that I won't be missing out on it.

Toy Story 3 had me in tears so I am dreading number 4, this is another film I was always obsessed with growing up, I just absolutely loved Buzz and Woody, I even loved Rex. I loved it so much I am even tempted to get a Toy Story tattoo in the future. When they announced 4 I was a bit curious of where they would take the story line and how they would progress, so roll on this being released, I will be straight to the cinema. I just hope they haven't taken it too far.

So there you go that is what I am hoping to go see throughout the year and I am sure there may be a few more getting added to the list as the year progresses. Lets hope I can drag Liam along to all these with me.

See you soon,
