July 2021 Favourites

Well it is safe to say I don't have a clue where July went, it seems like I blinked and it was August. It is safe to say July was a very busy month for me with so much going on and the UK getting back to yet a bit more normality I feel like I have had any time at home for anything other than sleeping which is crazy to say how much I was at home last year. I have still had time to find some new favourite things though so here are my favourite things from the month of July...

Film & TV

Detective Pikachu

I have left it far too long to watch Detective Pikachu just due to me and Liam wanting to watch it together but us never having the time. We have set a side 1 evening a week to have some time just the two of us so for our first week we finally got around to watching the film and WOW I wish I didn't leave it so long to watch as it was great. I absolutely love Pokemon so I was skeptical going into the beginning of the film but I absolutely loved it all and Liam said he liked it too. Now where can I get my own Pikachu?

Music

KSI

KSI finally released his new album in July and I have already listened to it a lot, in fact I have probably listened to it far too much but I just can't help it as it is such a good album. I honestly don't think that there is a bad song on the album but my favourite is definitely Holiday as it is the perfect summer song and I know I will be playing this over and over especially when the sun is out. I actually really like KSI as a musician and I think he is really getting to show the world he isn't just a YouTuber or boxer he is so much more.

Tech

UGREEN USB -C Hub

This USB-C hub has been an absolute lifesaver for me at times throughout July so it is actually the first item I had to put on my favourites list. with me being so busy after work in July I have had to do a lot of things at work on a lunch time. Now with the lack of ports on the Macbook getting data I needed could have been difficult but having this hub, has allowed me to carry on working from anywhere so I have been able to get all my content done and out on time. The hub has allowed me to use old USB's and my memory card super easily and very quickly. It doesn't get in the way and it is handy to have in my bag so I have it with me all the time. If it wasn't for this hub I don't think half my content for July would have been posted.

Gaming

Switch Lite

With a lack of time gaming has really been on the back burner as I just haven't been home to play anything however, when I have had a spare 5 minutes I have been jumping onto the Switch Lite as the games I play on there I can just quickly jump in and out of. I am absolutely loving the switch Lite at the moment as I can get some game time in and it is easier on my wrists than the Switch we originally had. This is definitely one of my favourite purchases of the year so far and I know that over the next few months I am just going to be playing it more and more.

So there you have it those are my favourite things from the month of July. What have you been loving throughout the month?
