September 2022 Favourites

Well that is another month over and done with and what a great month it was. We had my birthday celebrations and plenty of football to go watch, I really did think September was going to be a quiet month but oh was I wrong. It ended up being chaotic and I was barely at home which obviously meant that once again gaming was on the backburner as any spare minute was spent just catching up on the blog. With it being a busy month it really was a case of rediscovering old favourites as well as finding a few new ones. So here is what made it onto my favourites from September list...

Film & TV

Football

I think it was inevitable that this was going to be on the list, all the leagues I watch are now in full swing so a whole lot of September was glued in front of the TV watching football. It is so good having it all back now, one weekend in September I actually sat and watched 7 games so I think it is very safe to say that football was a firm favourite for the month. If it wasn't on the TV I was in a stadium watching it.

Music

Tegan & Sara

Tegan & Sara have been releasing some new music recently and I am hooked already. I have had faded like a feeling on repeat since it's release but I have really fallen in love with their new song I can't grow up. It came out at the back end of September but soon became a song I would listen to over and over again without getting bored of it. Their new album comes out in September so I am sure they will be featuring on the list plenty more times this year. I just need them to announce a UK tour now.

Tech

Macbook

The Macbook has once again been a lifesaver throughout September. As I said earlier life has once again been super busy so I haven't had time to just be sat at my PC 24/7 working way on posts. The Macbook has allowed me to work from literally anywhere whether it's from bed at 5.30am of in the home office it has been perfect plus I have once again been taking it to work with me so I can get plenty done on my lunch break. It is still really responsive meaning I can get plenty done even in a short break. The next few months are going to be fairly busy too so I can see this being an essential to keep me on track.

Gaming

Cars 3 Driven to Win

Gaming time has been very hard to find lately with how busy I have been however, when I have been gaming I have stuck to just the one game... Cars 3 Driven to Win, this might be aimed at a much younger audience but I have to say I am loving it play through this. I have very nearly completed it but this will be staying installed on my console so that I can sit and play this over and over again with my nephew. I am really hoping to get a lot more games played from October but I think I am going to miss sitting and playing this.

So there you have it those are my favourite things from the month of September. What have you been loving throughout the month?
